Location

The cosy apartment house Binder's Saghaus is located approx. 800 m from the centre of Ried im Zillertal. The centre of Kaltenbach is approx. 1.7 km away. Access to the ski area is possible via the "Hochzillertal" lift, which is about 2.2 km away. The "Erlebnistherme Zillertal" thermal spa, approx. 5.4 km away, also offers a special spa experience. Ski buses stop approx. 80 metres away. Ried im Zillertal railway station is around 1.1 km away. The first shopping facilities are approx. 800 m away and the nearest cafés and restaurants are approx. 200 m away.
