Location

The family-run Oberschernthann apartments are situated in a quiet location close to the ski piste in the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area at an altitude of around 1,000 metres, below the Hohe Salve middle station. In good snow conditions, you can ski right up to the house! The valley descent of the Hohe Salve can be reached after approx. 200 m (descent to the Schernthannbahn). The village centre of Hopfgarten with various shopping facilities is about 5 km away. Access to the nearest cross-country ski trail is also possible after approx. 5 km and a toboggan run can be found around 2 km away.

Facilities

Facilities include a reception, Wi-Fi and parking spaces (subject to availability). When booking the chalet, which was newly built in winter 25/26, 1 garage parking space and 1 outdoor parking space are available, and ski equipment can also be stored in the garage. In addition, one parking space and one ski depot per apartment or chalet are available free of charge at the Schernthannlift, which is approx. 500 m away.

The chalet has a private outdoor sauna (included). When booking the apartments, the spa area with alpine sauna, infrared cabin, shower grotto and Kneipp pool is available for a fee (opening times according to the notice board on site). Massages can also be booked on request on site (for a fee).

Self-catering. Bread roll service can be booked in resort for a locally payable fee.
