Location and facilities

The family-friendly 3-star Gasthof Moasterhaus lies at an altitude of about 1,320 m, amongst the gorgeous Stubalpe and Hirschegger Alpe, and is situated right next to the piste (ski-in & ski-out). The centre of Hirschegg is approx. 9 km away, where you can find all necessary shopping facilities. The nearest cross-country trail can be reached after about 3 km at the Salztiegelpass, at an altitude of 1,520 m.

The cosy hotel is furnished with a reception, Internet corner and Wi-Fi, breakfast room, restaurant, bar, lounge, children's play room, ski cellar, and free parking spaces (upon availability). Sauna and steam bath can be used in the hotel for free.

The ski school and hire shop can be reached on foot from the accommodation. All full-paying customers can take the "Rodeltaxi" to the start of the toboggan run (once per person; per request). Winter hikes, snowshoe hikes and torch-lit hikes are also available (sometimes for a fee).

Rooms

The spacious, comfortable rooms are comprised of a bath or shower/wc with hair dryer, cable TV and Wi-Fi.

Board

The already included half board consists of a welcome beverage on the day of arrival, a breakfast buffet with organic corner and 3-course evening meal of your choice with salad bar. On Christmas Eve, a special Christmas dinner is served, and on New Year's Eve, a special buffet evening is organised with live music, traditional molten lead pouring, and fireworks. Gluten-free and lactose-free cuisine, as well as vegetarian cuisine, is also available per request.

Important notes

  • Children under the age of 6 will not be provided with a lift pass voucher. A minicard needs to be purchased for €7 at the resort. Further information is available at the lift office.
