Cross-country Hintertux

Every village in the Zillertal has its own cross-country trail. In total, this creates an approx. 125 km long network. Around Hintertux, you will find about 28 kms of well groomed cross-country trails, some of which are also in skating style.

The longest cross-country ski trail (approx. 14 kms), called Luggi-Gredler-Loipe, leads you from Tux-Vorderlanersbach to Madseit. Due to its altitude of 1,300 m to 1,450 m, it is still passable when it is already thawing elsewhere. The shuttle between Mayrhofen and Hintertux can be used for free upon presentation of the Tux-Finkenberg ticket.
