Location and facilities

The family-run Ferienhaus Bergsee is located in the resort district Hof-Zlapp and offers a breathtaking view of year-round snowy Grossglockner mountain. The ski bus stops in approx. 50 m and takes you to the Schareck valley station in a distance of approx. 1 km. Access to the nearest cross-country ski trail is available right next to the accommodation.

The cosy holiday lodge's facilities include Wi-Fi, a sauna as well as a ski room with ski boot dryer and a washing machine (payable locally). The neighbouring farm has horses and ponys, cats and chicken. Free-of-charge parking places can be found based on availability.

The nicely furnished apartments offer a living-/sleeping area, separate bedrooms, shower/wc, TV, Wi-Fi, safe, hair dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and sometimes a balcony. Self-catering.

Important notes

  • No lift pass voucher is issued for children aged 9 or under. If accompanied by a parent, children ages 5 to 9 receive a snowman ticket (lift pass), which is payable on site at €9.50 per child per day. The children's rate applies for children travelling alone (e.g. for ski lessons). Children under age 5 are free of charge. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
