Location

The welcoming 3-star Alpine Hotel Ensmann is located directly at the foot of the Hochkar and approx. 8 km from the centre of Göstling an Ybbs. After approx. 9 km you will reach the Hochkar ski area. Additionally, access to the cross-country skiing trail is possible after approx. 500 m from the hotel. The ski bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.

Facilities

The traditional hotel has a reception, Wi-Fi, breakfast room, restaurant and bar, children's play corner, nine-pin bowling alley (for a fee), ski cellar and free parking (subject to availability).

You can relax in the indoor pool with resting area, as well as in the Finnish sauna.

Board

Half board is already included in the holiday price. You will find a breakfast buffet with homemade products (jam, compote and honey) as well as a 3-course menu (2 main courses to choose from) in the evenings. Special dietary cuisine, gluten-free, lactose-free and vegetarian dishes are available on request.

Important notes

  • No lift pass voucher is issued for children (born 2010 or younger). For children born 2015 or later, the use of the ski lifts is free of charge. Children born between 2010 and 2014 will receive a "Schneemannkarte" (lift pass) for €4 per day in resort, if one parent purchases an adult pass at the same time. For children travelling alone (e.g. in a ski course), a lift pass must be purchased in resort. Further information can be obtained from the lift ticket office.
