Location

The cosy Haus Plankensteiner is located in the centre of Feichten in Kaunertal and only about 50 m away from the next ski bus stop. You will find the entrance to the next cross-country skiing trail directly behind the house. The Fendels ski area is about 15 km away and the Kaunertal Glacier ski area can be reached after about 25 km.

Facilities

Facilities at this family-run accommodation include a lift, lounge and breakfast room, a ski room with boot warmer and free parking (subject to availability).

With the guest card, which you receive on site, you can use the Quellalpin swimming pool, which is only about 100 m away, at a discount of about 50% (opening hours as per info in resort, subject to change).

Board

Self-catering. On request, an extensive breakfast buffet can be added to the booking in resort for a fee (€10 per person).

Important notes

  • From the 2 in 3-day lift pass Kaunertal Glacier & Fendels, the lifts at Pitztal Glacier & Rifflsee can also be used for 1 day during the validity of the lift pass.
  • The use of the Kaunertal Glacier Road is free of charge when booking the lift pass. If you have not booked a lift pass, there is a toll charge for the use of the road.
  • Please note that the Fendels ski area is open from 10/12/2022 to 10/04/2023.
  • The "2 in 3 days" lift pass offers you the possibility to use the lifts on 2 days of your choice within a period of 3 days. For example, you can ski on the first and third day of validity or on the first and second day of validity. This also applies accordingly to the other durations such as "6 in 7 days".
