Location

The comfortable 4-star Seehotel Urban is idyllically situated on Lake Ossiach, approx. 2 km from the centre of Bodensdorf and approx. 5 km from the Gerlitzen ski area. The ski bus stop is close to the hotel (approx. 50 m) and shopping facilities are approx. 1 km away.

Facilities

The hotel is furnished in a modern, alpine style and has a reception area with a reception desk, lift, Wi-Fi, breakfast room, lounge, children's playroom and ski cellar. There are free parking spaces, subject to availability.

The spa area offers an indoor pool, Finnish sauna, steam bath, Kneipp pool and relaxation room. Massages can be booked on site for a fee.

Board

The holiday price includes a rich breakfast buffet with regional products. Vegetarian alternatives are available and lactose-/gluten-free products can be requested.
A 3-course evening meal can be booked on request at the neighbouring Urbaniwirt restaurant (approx. 170 m) (for a fee, closed on Wednesdays).

Important notes

  • No lift pass voucher is issued for children aged 5 or under; they ski for free when accompanied by a parent. For children travelling alone (e.g. for ski lessons), a Bambini card (lift pass) must be purchased on site. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
  • Please note that dogs are not allowed on the sunbathing lawn, on the terrace and in the spa area.
  • When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
