Cross-country Bad Mitterndorf

In the Ausseerland Salzkammergut cross-country skiing region, around 176 km of cross-country trails of all levels of difficulty await you. The circular trail directly in Altaussee is 13 km long, both classic-style and skating-style, and leads through the picturesque landscape from the Loser Skiarena to the Blaa Alm. From there it goes downhill towards Ausseer Rettenbachalm to the lowest point of the cross-country trail.

About 5 km away is Bad Aussee, where a total of 34 kilometres of cross-country trails await you. The route offers an unmistakable view of the Dachstein and the Loser. It leads across the beautiful Reiter plateau to the Sommersbergsee lake and back via the golf course.
