Location and facilities
The modern and broad holiday park Landal Bad Kleinkirchheim is located centrally, directly at the pistes of the ski area Bad Kleinkirchheim/St. Oswald. There is also a toboggan run in the middle of the park. You can reach the centre and the thermal baths "Römerbad" within approx. 2 km.The family- and children-friendly resort has a reception, Wi-Fi (for a charge, everywhere on the premises) restaurant, communal ski room, children's play ground, game hire (payable locally) , toboggan hire, and a fun- and entertainment area (use of equipment for a fee) with table football, billiard and table tennis, as well as an aprés ski cabin.
Also, there is an indoor swimming pool with a separate children's pool. The little ones have the opportunity to draw, play and romp in the "Bollo Club" (from 3 years, potty-trained). From approx. December till the end of March, a child care service for children from the age of 3 (potty-trained) is offered. 1 - 2 parking spaces per apartment are available in the underground car parking.
Furnishing and Board
The cosy apartments are comfortably furnished and have a living/sleeping area with a cosy seating and dining corner, double pull-out couch, fireplace, TV and radio, shower/wc, some also have a separate wc, separate bedrooms and Wi-Fi (incl., 1 x access code per apartment, further access codes payable locally). The open kitchen offers a microwave, electric hob, coffee machine and a dishwasher. Additionally, every apartment has a furnished terrace or balcony. Important notes
- The lift pass "Bad Kleinkirchheim - St. Oswald" is valid daily either for the use of the lifts, or for accessing the thermal pool complex "Römerbad".
- Children under the age of 4 can ride for free when accompanied by a parent as long as they do not require their own seat.
- Special client wishes (e.g. situation of the apartments) incur an administration fee of €20 per booking if the wish is granted (payable at reception locally).
- During winter season, winter tyres are obligatory. Carrying snow chains is also recommended.
