Location

The traditional daffodil village of Zloam is located just under 5 km from the centre of Bad Aussee and only approx. 50 m from the Zlaim lift (not included in the lift pass). When snow conditions are good, it is therefore possible to ski right down to the house. The Loser cable cars are approx. 13 km away. The nearest shops are approx. 2.5 km away.

Facilities

The general facilities of the accommodation, which consists of several chalets, include a reception, Wi-Fi in the public areas, breakfast room, bar and restaurant. Free parking spaces and a charging station for electric vehicles (for a fee) are available subject to availability.

All chalets, apartment and studios have a private sauna.

Younger guests can try their hand at working with wood and other natural materials in the Zloam wood and creative workshop. One voucher per child for a workpiece is included in the holiday price. Childcare is also available for a fee (see information on site).

Important notes

  • No lift pass voucher is issued for small children aged 5 or under; they ride the lifts for free when accompanied by their parents. If children in this age group use the lifts unaccompanied by their parents or attend ski lessons on site for which a lift pass is required, a children's lift pass must be purchased separately on site.
