Après ski Anras

"Ski aldente" is the familiar saying in the area around Anras, as it's here that Italian zest for life meets Austrian service. For indulgence in the evenings, you can enjoy either delicious Mediterranean inspired cuisine or hearty miner's food, with a side of friendly and warm service. If you are looking for loud parties and hectic hustle and bustle, you'll be searching in vain in Anras. However, three mountain huts in the ski area of Sillian offer the perfect backdrop for a leisurely stop up until the lifts close. After the last descent, the party continues at the valley station in the Après-Ski umbrella bar and finally in the "Dancing Rhino" inn.

Aside the pistes, multiple toboggan runs, including the 1 km run from Anras-Ried into the Kristeinertal, and snow-shoe hiking paths for active families and friends of nature are ready and waiting in the surrounding area. Anras offers its own curling rink, and you can visit the nearby ice arena in Sillian to go ice skating. Relaxing in the Dolomitenbad in Linz is also a welcome alternative after a day of sporty skiing.
