Location

The family-run Schattaugut is situated in an idyllic, quiet location, approx. 8 km from the centre of Altenmarkt. The first shopping facilities are just 5 km away. The valley station of the Schwaigalm lift is around 3.5 km away.

Facilities

The general facilities of the organic farm include Wi-Fi and a ski storage room with ski boot dryer. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer can be used for a fee. Free car parking is available subject to availability.

The accommodation has a fitness room with treadmill, exercise bike and infrared cabin, and can be used free of charge.

The organic farm is still used for agricultural purposes and guests are therefore welcome to familiarise themselves with the various animals on the farm. There is also a playroom for children, where they can play table tennis and billiards free of charge (subject to availability).

Important notes

  • Use of the lifts is free of charge for children aged 5 or under in the Zauchensee and Altenmarkt ski areas. These children will be issued with a free mini card at the lift ticket office on site. If your child wishes to use the lifts independently in other Ski amadé ski areas, a mini card (lift pass) may need to be purchased on site.
