Location

The comfortable and in winter 2021 newly opened Hotel FIRSTpeak Zauchensee is located directly in the center of Zauchensee and only approx. 170 m away from the first mountain lifts (gondola Rosskopfbahn and chairlift Unterberg). For ski beginners there is a practice lift just 200 m away. It is approx. 10 km to Altenmarkt.

Facilities

The general facilities of this well-run hotel include an entrance hall with reception, lift, Wi-Fi, restaurant, hotel bar, children's playroom, free parking spaces and a parking garage (for a fee).

The well-kept spa area (approx. 950 m²) is open daily from 16:00 to 19:00 and offers an indoor pool (08:00 - 19:00), fitness room, sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin. Massages are available for a fee.

On site you will receive the guest card "Salzburger Sportwelt Card", with which you can benefit from some discounts in the region (details subject to change).

Board

Depending on the room type or type of board booked, either the breakfast buffet or half board PLUS (with breakfast buffet, afternoon snack (15:00 - 16:30) and 5-course menu or buffet in the evening) is included in the holiday price. A welcome drink and the Christmas and New Year's Eve menus are also included (when booking half board PLUS).

Important notes

  • Use of the lifts is free of charge for children aged 5 or under in the Zauchensee and Altenmarkt ski areas. These children will be issued with a free mini card at the lift ticket office on site. If your child wishes to use the lifts independently in other Ski amadé ski areas, a mini card (lift pass) may need to be purchased on site.
  • Access to the sauna area is permitted from the age of 18.
