Location and facilities

The charming 3-star Hotel Bänklialp is situated in an idyllic spot, approx. 500 m from the centre of Engelberg. The ski bus stops in 70 m and takes you to the approx. 600 m distant ski area and lift "Titlis". Alternatively you can also use the hotel-own shuttle service to the lift (as per notice in resort). A children's ski lift can be found approx. 800 m away and the nearest cross-country track starts directly next to the hotel.

The friendly hotel offers a wonderful view over the resort and the surrounding mountain landscape, and its facilities include an entrance area with reception, Wi-Fi, lift, dining hall, restaurant, wine cellar, bar, as well as a ski and ski boot room. Parking spaces are available free of charge at the hotel

The sauna area with a steam bath and Finnish sauna can be used for a fee.

Rooms

The cosy rooms all have a shower/wc, cable TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, radio, safe, as well as hair drier and some have a balcony or a terrace.

Board

The holiday price already includes half-board which comprises a rich breakfast buffet, as well as a 3-course menu with choice in the evening. Vegetarian meals and special children's meals can be prepared on request (for a fee). The Christmas dinner on 24/12 as well as a festive gala dinner on New Year's Eve are also included.
