Ski area Val Cenis Vanoise

With the lift pass "Le Grand Val Cenis", you have access to a total of 125 km of prepared pistes and 28 lifts and gondolas in Val Cenis' and Termignon's ski area. Amongst this, there is a 6-person chair lift, "La Turra", with which the connection to the Termignon ski area was enabled in 2008. This lift is one of the fastest chair lifts in Europe, meaning that waiting times are short!

As the ski area is located on the northwest side of the Mont Cenis, it is highly snow-sure. The snow stays fresh for a long time, and in the afternoon you can enjoy the sun at one of the mountain huts. In the forest you can explore fascinating tree runs, and off-piste you'll find interesting canyons and natural pipes. Some people have actually jumped from the roof of a snowed-in mountain hut. While experienced skiers get a thrill on the "Michèle Jacot de la Met" run (starting 2,800 m), the less advanced have a go on the longest beginners ski run in Europe – the "Escargot" (in English: "snail"). Enthusiasts will have fun in the two snow parks on different altitudes, including a boardercross. If you just can't part from your skis for the day, you can enjoy some night skiing here, too.

In the approx. 35 km distant Orelle you will find the perfect access point to the ski area Val Thorens, in the centre of the 3 Valleys. This excursion into the world's largest ski area should be a part of every holiday!

With the lift pass "ESKI-MO", you can enjoy the pistes in Val Cenis Vanoise as well as one day of skiing in the ski areas Aussois, La Norma, Valfréjus and Bonneval sur Arc. The ski areas are easily reachable with the free ski bus. This means that there are over 300 km of pistes waiting to be discovered!
