Location
The comfortable 3-star superior Hotel Bergjuwel is located about 200 m from the centre of Neustift. It is about 50 m to the ski bus stop and cross-country ski trail, and about 200 m to the Elferlift ski lift. The Stubai Glacier is about 15 km away.Facilities
Facilities include a reception, lift, Wi-Fi, breakfast room, bar (open until 8pm), lounge, children's playroom with table football and small climbing wall, and a ski room with ski boot warmer. Parking is available free of charge at the house, and a charging station for electric cars can be used for a fee.The well-maintained wellness area with indoor pool with counter-current system and small waterfall, sauna, bio hay sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin is available to you free of charge. Beauty treatments and massages are also offered for a fee. You can also use the 2,000 m² wellness oasis of the partner hotel Bergkönig (approx. 200 m away) (for a fee, see information on site).
Board
The half-board PLUS included in the price includes a rich breakfast buffet with organic and wholefood corner as well as coffee and a cake buffet with Stubai snack in the afternoon (15:00 - 17:00). In the evening, a 4-course menu with salad buffet and a vegetarian alternative awaits you at the Activehotel Bergkönig, approx. 200 m away. Gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan alternatives as well as dietary food are also offered for an extra charge (see notice). Several times a week there are also different buffet variations (e.g. Italian buffet or farmer's buffet). If you book in advance, you also have the option of dine-around, i.e. you can also have dinner in neighbouring partner hotels (see also information on site). Christmas and New Year's Eve menus are already included in the price.Pets

- Children ages 7 and under will not receive a lift pass voucher as they can use the lifts for free when accompanied by an adult. Should children ages 7 and under (or children ages 9 and under with the Stubaier Gletscher lift pass) be taking part in ski lessons, a separate lift pass has to be acquired in resort. More information is available at the lift office.
- The 2-days and 3-days "Stubaier Gletscher" lift pass is already valid from 12:00 on the day of arrival. Therefore, please show at noon your lift pass voucher at the lift office (only valid for the "Stubaier Gletscher" lift pass, not valid on your departure day).
