Ski area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental

With the "Ski World Wilder Kaiser - Brixental" lift pass you have access to one of the largest interconnected ski areas in Austria! On various occasions the SkiWelt was voted to one of the best ski areas worldwide by the platform "Skiresort Service International", and during the winter season 13/14 it was additionally granted an award as one of the top ski areas! Unlimited fun is guaranteed with 90 modern gondolas, 284 km of groomed pistes (229 km of which can be covered in artificial snow) including 23 km of ski routes, some of which are illuminated, and the "Kaiserpark" on Hartkaiser with quarter-pipe, slides and boardercross guarantees endless snowy fun! It doesn't matter if you're young or old, a novice or an expert, everyone gets their money's worth here.

The Astberg runs are mainly quite easy and, therefore, an ideal spot for families. The longest descent covers a difference in altitude of 431 m and is nearly 2,5 km long. From here the connection to the rest of the Going ski area is perfect! Numerous valley runs, e.g. the 7.3 km long valley run from the Hohe Salve to Söll, which real fans will drool over. Cracks also need not worry, as countless black pistes are found all around the Hartkaiser and the Hohe Salve. Hopfgarten, Westendorf and Scheffau also offer great freeride possibilities. The 77 rest stations along the ski area promise a real treat.

A further highlight awaits you in the neighbouring resort Ellmau: commencing with the winter season 2015/2016 the new, high-tech, 10-person gondola "Hartkaiser" takes you up to 1,530 m altitude. The cabin lift has heated seating and Wi-Fi, and replaces the previous "Hartkaiser" lift, now being one of the most modern lifts in the world. This also leads to modernisation of the actual lift stations. The mountain station was enlarged to include the new "Erlebnis Eldorado Hartkaiser" activity area, including e.g. a children's restaurant and activity ski school. The valley station includes a new sports shop, restaurant, après ski bar, parking garage and a heated ski depot.

A fantastic experience in Austria's largest night ski area should not be missed: freshly prepared and lit pistes attract even locals who blend in with the visitors, everyone sweeping down the slopes together.

With an upgrade to the lift pass "Kitzbüheler Alpen AllStarCard" you have the choice of 2,750 km of piste and 916 gondolas and lifts in Kitzbühel-Kirchberg, SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, SkiJuwel (Alpbachtal und Wildschönau), Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, Zell am See - Kaprun, Schneewinkel (Waidring, Pillersee und St. Johann), Zillertal- and Wildkogel Arena, Ski Amadé (Salzburger Sportwelt, Gastein, Großarl - Dorfgastein, Hochkönig, Schladming - Dachstein) as well as Obertauern and in 15 further ski regions in Tyrol and Salzburg.
