Ski area Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn

Since December 2015, with the lift pass "Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Fieberbrunn," you can seamlessly ride in the new lift system "Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn" along 270 km of fabulous pistes. With the motto "Two countries, one lift," the connection between the Skicircus and Fieberbrunn contains 83 lift access points as well as a massive selection of pistes from the largest ski areas in the world. The new 10-person gondola "TirolS" creates the connection between the ski areas, which raises the total amount of pistes by 20 percent. The gondola runs from the valley station of Reckmoos-Süd to the middle station located at the valley floor of the Hörndlingergrabens and from there up towards the Reiterkogel, into the centre of the Skicircus. Here, up to an altitude of 2,096 m, pure skiing fun is guaranteed!

From Saalfelden, you can make your way to Leogang in just a few minutes to the lift access point in the Skicircus. The pistes on the upper half of Leogang are predominantly blue and easy to navigate. For the little ones, a children's area is also available. Furthermore, a circuit with time measurement can be enjoyed, as well as the Tarlack run, which offers a black piste for the experts. With the gondola, you can ride over the Asitz and into the Glemmtal, where lovely carving runs, numerous buckle pistes, steep slopes and two illuminated pistes are waiting to be explored. Pros can prove themselves on the "Zwölferkogel Nord" as well as the "Schattberg Nord" runs. Gorgeous freeride opportunities can be found, for example, on the Zwölferkogel-West and Schattberg-West, however these are only reserved for real experts. In the entire Skicircus, you will find over 30 Wi-Fi hotspots available to use.

For those who want to experience even more ski areas outside this union, we recommend upgrading to the Super Ski Card (see ski region). This card is also valid in ski areas such as the Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, Schneewinkel and Ski Juwel (Alpbachtal and Wildschönau). With one lift pass, you can experience unlimited skiing in 25 ski regions in Tyrol and Salzburg on over 2,794 km of piste!

Skiing at night time is very popular in Austria. Like this, many night ski areas open their pistes aside the lifts' regular opening hours. The ski area Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, which is not far from Saalfelden, offers the first night skiing opportunity at Schanteilift. The approx. 500 m night ski piste is illuminated from Christmas to approx. the middle of March every Monday, Thursday and Saturday from 19:00 - 21:30 (effective winter 2016/17). Another floodlit piste for night skiing can be found in Hinterglemm. The Unterschwarzachbahn lift transports winter sports fans to the starting point of the approx. 1.2 km illuminated piste that is open from Mondays to Saturday until 21:30 (effective winter 2016/17). The neighbouring Nightpark offers night owls the opportunity to dare some jumps by night. Every winter sports fan with a valid lift pass can go night skiing for free.
