Ski area Hochzeiger

The ski area Hochzeiger, which stretches between the Sechszeiger (2,395 m) and the Hochzeiger (2,560 m) is ideal for those looking for diversity during their ski holiday. In total there are 9 lifts and 40 km of piste, located between 1,450 and 2,450 m altitude. Situated mostly above the tree-line, snow-sure descents offer fun for all levels of skill, beginner to pro.

Especially nice are the sunny slopes on the Sechszeiger. Further there are a good number of freeride options on the tree-free mountain side. A bit more of a challenge can be found at the Rotmoss lift: here you will find some mogul pistes, ski routes, racing and time-tracking runs. Also you can enjoy the 7 km (and therefore longest) descent in the region. Snowboarders can run riot in the fun park at the Hochzeiger middle station. Night owls are in for a good time on the floodlight piste that descends into the valley. Especially family-friendly is the area around the Zeigerrestaurant at the middle station: here is the "Kinderland" where the little ones will find no wish unfulfilled.

Would you rather discover the entire Pitz Valley on skis or a snowboard? With the lift pass upgrade to the Pitz-Regio-Card, you'll gain access to four ski areas with a total of about 111 km of piste (incl. ski routes) and 40 lifts: Pitztaler Gletscher, Rifflsee, Hochzeiger und Hoch-Ims!
