Location and facilities
The comfortable 4-star Resort Maria Alm is located in the resort centre of Maria Alm, only approx. 100 m from the Dorfjet lift which takes you to the ski area of Maria Alm. The ski bus stop can also be reached in approx. 100 m and access to the cross-country trails is approx. 300 m away. The stylish Resort's facilities include a reception with lobby, lift, Wi-Fi (incl.), restaurant and breakfast room as well as a ski room with ski boot drier.The 100 m² large spa area can be used for free and offers an organic sauna, herbal sauna, relaxation room, and a tea-, fruit- and water bar (3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.). With the included guest card Hochkönig-Card, you can enjoy night skiing, get discounts at various service providers (e.g. ski lessons, ski rental, etc.) and you can make use of various offers, e.g. the toboggan run, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and many more discounts. Free-of-charge parking spaces are also available in the Resort.

Included in the holiday price is the half board, which comprises a welcome drink, a rich breakfast buffet, sweet or savoury afternoon snack (4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.) as well as a 5-course evening meal with choice of main course. Vegetarian dishes can be prepared upon request. On Christmas you can look forward to a special Christmas dinner (incl.) whereas the New Year's Eve gala dinner has to be paid locally (mandatory).Room type

Important notes
- Access to the spa area is permitted to children born in and after 2012.
- Use of the lift systems is free for children under 6 years, if accompanied by an adult. Should your child want to use the lifts independently or participate in ski lessons, a Minicard (lift pass) has to be purchased locally. The same applies to the use of lifts in other ski areas.
- When booking rooms with multiple or additional beds, there is no claim to the additional beds
