Location

The modern 4-star Superior Eder - das Hochkönig Lifestyle hotel is located directly in the centre of Maria Alm. The Natrunbahn cable car, which is just approx. 100 m away, will take you to the ski area. Cross-country skiing trails can be reached within about 100 m. Ski buses stop right at the door.

Facilities

The hotel offers various amenities, such as a reception, a lobby area, Wi-Fi, a lift, a breakfast room, a hotel restaurant and a hotel bar. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski storage room. Drivers can use a parking lot, a parking garage (for a fee) and a charging station for e-cars (for a fee) - subject to availability.

Spa

The 500 m² large wellness area invites its guests to indulge body and soul (opening hours: 14:00 - 20:00). There is an outdoor pool featuring an indoor section (07:30 - 20:00). Your accommodation also features an indoor pool (07:30 - 20:00). When it’s time to rest and recharge, visit a Finnish sauna, an organic sauna, a herbal sauna, a steam bath, an infrared cabin and a Kneipp basin complex. Let the stress of everyday life dissipate in the relaxation room. Massages are available for a fee and help encourage an overall sense of well-being. A wellness voucher for specific wellness treatments to the value of 10,00 € is included. The voucher(s) cannot be paid out in cash or transferred to third parties. Our staff provides guests with a bathrobe and bathing slippers on a loan basis. Opening hours of individual wellness facilities and validity periods are subject to change.

Cots are provided for a fee, high chairs can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).

Board

When booking rooms on a half-board basis, meals include a generous breakfast buffet featuring regional produce and an organic food assortment. In the evening, you’ll be served a 5-course menu of your choice, including a salad. A Christmas dinner and a New Year’s Eve gala dinner, complete with a midnight snack and one bottle of champagne per room, are also included. Special dietary cuisine, including lactose-free, gluten-free and vegetarian options, are available on request.

Important notes

• When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
• Children are not permitted in the sauna area. Only the herbal sauna may be used by children.
• Please note that the double rooms (Studio Eco) are the smallest rooms in the accommodation.
• Use of the ski lifts in Maria Alm is free of charge for children aged 5 or under (at time of departure). If your child uses the lifts independently in other Ski amadé ski areas, a Minicard (lift pass) may need to be purchased on site.
• Family Spring Deals: 13/03/2027 until the end of the season – children born in 2011 or later receive a free multi-day pass valid for 4 days or more (official proof of family relationship required). This offer is subject to at least one parent purchasing a multi-day pass valid for 4 days or more for the same period. If there are more children than adults in your party, or if the promotion conditions are not met, a suitable lift pass must be purchased on site. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
