Location and facilities
The luxurious, 5-star Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol is the only hotel in Tyrol which belongs to the "Leading Hotels of the World", and lies only approx. 20 m away from the Hausleiten lift, which offers access to the ski area Kitzbüheler Alpen. If the snow conditions allow it, ski-in to the accommodation is possible. The lively centre of Jochberg, as well as a cross-country track are both only approx. 100 m away, the nearest ski bus stop can be reached within approx. 150 m.This unique hotel offer first-class service in a luxurious and stylish atmosphere. The facilities include a reception, atrium lobby with open fireplace, several lifts, lounge room, Wi-Fi (incl.), luggage service (payable locally), breakfast room, à la carte restaurant, 2 private dining rooms (payable locally), bar with open fireplace, wine and cigar lounge with library, children's playroom and 2 terraces. Furthermore, the comfortable hotel offers a fashion and sports boutique as well as a limousine service. Free parking spaces and a locally payable parking garage can be used (based on availability).
The highlight of the accommodation complex is the approx. 3,600 m² large spa area "Kempinski - The Spa". Located on three different floors, it offers pure relaxation and tranquillity. The spa area's facilities include Grander water activity pool, heated sports outdoor pool, outdoor pool with floating beds (7 a.m. - 10 p.m.), steam baths to treatment developed by Hildegard von Bingen and a spacious sauna- and bath landscape with salt and stone oil sauna, lava and kelo sauna, organic sauna, sanarium, infrared cabin, large relaxation area with water beds and quiet zone, saline baths and spa showers, and therefore it leaves no wishes unfulfilled. If paid for locally, solarium, massages or beauty treatments and private spa suites can also be booked (open 08:00-19:00). Further, the fitness and cardio area with modern equipment for strength and cardio sports can be used for free.
For the little ones there is a child care service for children aged 3 - 10 years, the "Kempi Kids Club" (as per notice in resort), and a babysitter service is also offered (for a fee, on request).

The comfortable and alpine-style furnished rooms all have a bathtub and a shower, separate wc, satellite TV, DVD player, telephone, radio, Wi-Fi (incl.), safe (incl.), mini bar (for a fee), tea maker, hair drier, floor heating as well as a balcony with a magnificent view of the surrounding Tyrolean mountains.Board
The holiday price includes an indulging breakfast buffet with cold and warm dishes. On request, a 5-course-menu (with choice) or a themed buffet with salad buffet can be booked (for a fee), which is available daily until midday. If desired, half board with a salad buffet, a 5-course menu to choose from or themed buffet (dietary cuisine and vegetarian alternatives possible) can be booked and paid for locally.Pets
