Location

The modern 4-star ACTIVE - by Leitner's | Natur- & LifestyleHotel is located on the outskirts of Kaprun, approx. 150 m from the centre. The Lechnerberg lift is about 300 m away and the MK Maiskogelbahn lift approx. 800 m. You will find a ski bus stop after about 100 m and a cross-country ski trail after approx. 300 m.

Facilities

The facilities of the design hotel include a reception with lift and Wi-Fi, lounge, breakfast room, the in-house restaurant OWLZ & BOWLZ (approx. 25 m away), bar, ski room, parking spaces (subject to availability) and a charging station for electric cars.

The approx. 300 m² spa area with Finnish sauna, sanarium, steam bath, heated outdoor swimming pool, infrared cabin and relaxation area on two floors provides relaxation after a long day on the slopes. A fitness room invites you to further burn off energy. On request, you can also book massages on site (for a fee).

You will receive a voucher worth €5 per full-paying guest and stay for selected massages in the spa area (no cash payment possible, non-transferable).

You will receive an additional 5% discount per person and booking at the "Deins & Meins" restaurant in Zell am See (voucher will be sent with your travel documents).

Board

The price of the holiday includes a rich and regional breakfast buffet. Dietary meals, gluten-free and lactose-free, vegetarian and vegan dishes can be requested.
In the hotel's own restaurant OWLZ & BOWLZ (approx. 25 metres from the hotel), you can order either à la carte or a 3-course menu in the evening (table reservation possible in advance, open from 17:00 to 22:00, for a fee).

Important notes

  • If you have booked a lift pass, it is already valid starting at 15:00 on the day before the first day of validity.
  • For each adult Ski Alpin Card lift pass purchased, one accompanying child born in 2009 or later will receive a free ticket for the use of the lifts (ID required). This offer is only valid with the purchase of a lift pass good for 4 or more days in the period from 12/04/25 - 21/04/25.
  • When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
