Location and facilities
The well-kept, 4-star Landhotel zum Oberwirt welcomes you with Tyrolean charm and is located in the centre of Ebbs. The lift to the ski area Zahmer Kaiser is only approx. 5 km away, the ski area Hochkössen can be reached within approx. 16 km. A ski bus stop can be found approx. 50 m away. The free ski bus also takes you to Söll, where you can find the main access point to the ski area "SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental" (approx. 23 km). A cross-country trail is only approx. 150 m away.The cosy hotel offers an entrance area with reception and fireplace, lift, lounge, Wi-Fi (incl., in the entire hotel area), breakfast rooms, hotel bar, various restaurants and a cosy parlour which is open to serve you with tasty snacks. Your ski equipment can be stored in the ski room with ski boot dryer. Parking spaces (for free) and a parking garage (payable locally) can be found at the accommodation (based on availability.
Further, every day between 15:00 - 19:00, the spa area with Finnish sauna, steam bath, relaxation room and indoor pool (pool: 06:00 - 21:00, opening hours subject to change, see information in resort) is open and free to use. If paid for locally, there is further access to the solarium and infrared cabin, and various massage treatments can be booked.
Once per week there is a live music evening for guest entertainment. Additionally, the Kufsteinerland Card is included in the price and offers various services, such as free-of-charge snowshoe- and torch-lit hikes, curling (rental fee for snow shoes) and many reductions on local sights and facilities (services are subject to change, as per information in resort).

The tastefully furnished rooms are decorated with care, representing the local, Tyrolean country style, and offer shower/wc, satellite TV, hair drier, cosmetics mirror, telephone, wake-up service, safe and some come with a balcony.Board
The breakfast included in the holiday price comprises a breakfast buffet with organic food corner. In addition, a welcome drink is included and on Wednesdays, a skier's snack is offered between 16:00 - 17:00. A children's menu is arranged for the little ones. On Christmas, a special menu is prepared and on New Year's Eve, a 6-course meal with live music, midnight snack and fireworks are organised. Vegetarian meals are also available and on request, gluten-free or lactose-free meals can be prepared.Pets
