Location and facilities

The cosy Apartments Maxl, formerly Apartments Alpina, lies at the resort entrance of Bad Hofgastein, about 300 m away from both the centre and the nearest access point into the Ski amadé. A ski bus stop can be reached after about 30 m and a cross-country trail can also be found about 300 m away.

The comfortable accommodation has a reception, Stüberl, Wi-Fi and ski cellar. An in-house sauna is also available to use for a fee (opening hours as per info in reosrt). Free parking spaces can also be found and used where available.

In resort, you will receive the Gastein Card, which grants you access to numerous free and discounted services and activities, such as visiting thermals baths, enjoying various spa and sporting offers, use of public transportation and much more (services subject to changes and restrictions, as per info in resort).

Furnishing and Board

The apartments have rustic furnishings and are comprised of a living/sleeping area, bathtub or shower/WC, hair dryer, cable TV, telephone, radio and Wi-Fi. There is also a dining area and a fully furnished kitchenette with two hot plates, small oven (on request in resort), refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. A balcony is also available to relax on after a long day on the piste.

Self-catering. A bread roll service is available to additionally book on request in resort (for a fee).

Important notes

  • The use of the lifts in Gasteinertal for children aged 5 years and under is free of charge. Should your child use the lifts independently in other Ski amadé areas, a Mini Card (lift pass) will have to be purchased locally.
  • In case you have booked equipment hire through us, the hire shop is located in Bad Gastein (approx. 9 km).
