Ski area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental

With the “SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental” lift pass you have access to Austria's largest connected ski area! The SkiWelt was voted to one of the best ski areas worldwide on various occasions, and during the winter season 13/14 it was additionally granted an award as one of the top ski areas! Unlimited fun is guaranteed with 90 modern lifts and 280 km of groomed pistes (245 km can be covered in artificial snow). The "Kaiserpark" on Hartkaiser with boxes, rails and kickers also ensures unlimited fun in the snow! A new high tech highlight is availave from this season onwards: the new 8-person Aualm lift replaces the old 4-person chairlift and shortens the waiting times.

Scheffau is directly connected to the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental by its local mountain, the Brandstadl. A 6- or 8-person gondola takes you comfortably to the mountain station at 1,650 m, from where you can access more transport possibilities. Both an easy and and intermediate valley runs lead down to Scheffau.

Freeriders can take advantage of the Salvista valley run while boarders burn off energy in "Hochsöll" snow park with tables, kicker, and rails. Westendorf and Ellmau also have snow parks with quarter-pipe and further challenging elements. A real treat can be had at one of the 77 rest stops that line the ski area.

A special highlight are the night-skiing events in Austria's largest night-skiing area. Freshly prepared and illuminated pistes cater for the locals and the guests alike.

With the upgrade to the "Kitzbüheler Alpen" lift pass you have access to over 1,000 kilometres of piste and over 350 lifts in the areas Kitzbühel-Kirchberg, SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, SkiJuwel (Alpbachtal and Wildschönau), Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, Schmittenhöhe (Zell am See - Kaprun), Kitzsteinhorn/Maiskogel (Kaprun) and Schneewinkel (Waidring, Pillersee und St. Johann).
