Show on map The comfortable 4-star Waldhof Active Hotel is located in the Habichen district, approx. 1 km from the centre of Oetz and approx. 600 m from the Acherkogelbahn cable car and the slopes.

This traditional hotel has a reception, hotel lobby with open fireplace, lift, dining room, restaurant, breakfast room, bar, café, TV and lounge, children's playroom and playground, library, parlour, Wi-Fi, ski and boot room, conservatory and terrace. Parking spaces and a parking garage are also available subject to availability. A charging station for electric cars can also be used subject to availability (for a fee).

The approx. 900 m² spa area (opening hours as per information on site) with indoor pool and children's pool as well as a hut sauna, Finnish sauna, Kelo sauna in the forest, steam bath, heated bench, infrared cabin, Kneipp basin, experience showers, relaxation and fresh air room is available to you free of charge. The largest hotel water slide with a rubber ring in the Ötztal valley (approx. 100 m long) with a gyroscope and changing curves also provides lots of fun. Use of the solarium is also possible for a fee. The fitness room can be used free of charge.

Table tennis, darts, billiards and table football (some for a fee) are also available for your leisure activities. Hiking rucksacks and walking sticks can also be borrowed. Guided winter hikes take place twice a week, which you can participate in free of charge (see notice on site).

The Happy Family Weeks take place from 06/12 - 20/12/2025, 10/01 - 24/01/2026 and 14/03 - 21/03/2026 (offer from Ötztal Tourism). For a minimum stay of 7 nights (valid for children born in 2020 or later), children aged 4 and above receive free 5-day ski lessons and all children aged 2-4 receive free childcare for 5 days (children must be potty trained, valid lift pass required, lunch supervision for a fee, on-site registration, registration at all Widi's Kids Club ski schools). All information about services is subject to change and the exact conditions must be requested from the local tourist office. Valid only if the entire travel period is within the promotional period.

Depending on the type of room booked, the holiday price does not include meals or breakfast. The breakfast option includes a breakfast buffet.

Important notes

• When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
• Over-occupancy resulting from babies: not possible
• This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
• No lift pass voucher will be issued for children aged 7 or under (at time of departure). When accompanied by a parent, children aged 7 or under (at time of departure) will receive a free Snow-Kids-Card. The children’s rate applies to children skiing on their own (e.g. for ski lessons).
