Location and facilities
The friendly apartment complex lies in the centre of Berwang. The Egghof Sun-Jet lift can be reached in about 30 m distance and the Berwanger Sonnalm lift in around 500 m. A cross-country track can be found in approx. 30 m. The resort consists of 3 apartment hourses which around 20 m apart from each other. The facilities include a reception with sitting facilities, common room with fireplace, children's play corner and a heated ski room as well as in-house ski hire.The spa area with sauna (3 x per week from 16:00 - 20:00), infrared cabin and indoor pool (open from 08:00 - 20:00) can be used free of charge. A solarium, jacuzzi and steam room are available for a fee. Free parking spaces can also be used.
Furnishing/Board
The cosy apartments have a living/sleeping room, some with a separate bedroom, bath or shower/wc, cable TV and partly a balcony or terrace. The small kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate hob, coffee machine, refrigerator and sitting corner. Self-catering. A bread roll service can be booked on top for a fee.Pets

- Children born in 2010 and 2011 ride for free with the "Schneemannkarte" lift pass when accompanied by a parent.
