Ski area Gstaad Mountain Rides

The "Gstaad Mountain Rides" lift pass provides you with a total of 213 km of piste with 57 modern lifts. The included ski areas Château-d'Oex, Glacier 3000, Rellerli, Rougemont-Saanen-Gstaad, Wasserngrat, Wispile and Zweisimmen are separated into 3 different sections and easily accessible with public transport.

Thanks to the diverse pistes and an altitude of up to 3,016 m relatively snow-sure piste enjoyment is guaranteed. The pistes are suitable for freestylers, free riders, as well as carvers, but they are also perfect and well prepared for beginners and families. The ski swing Eggli - La Videmanette offers next to being a very beginner-friendly area a breathtaking mountain landscape. The black piste "Tigerrun" in comparison is just recommendable to pros! The highlight of the ski area is located in sector 2: The piste "Combe d'Audon" leads to Oldenalp, continues from Oldenegg to Reusch and covers an unbelievable altitude of 1,600 m.

The house ski area Rougemont-Saanen-Gstaad offers more than 57 km of pistes and 9 lifts. Most of the easy slopes are also very suitable for families.

Après ski Saanen

At the valley stations in Saanen there are lovely ski bars and huts where you can indulge in après ski. In the resort itself, however, it is rather quiet. There are several restaurants, where you can spoil yourself with the most delicious food. For partying you should head to Gstaad.

Fun off-piste alternatives can be found in Saanen. You can enjoy winter hikes or a fast toboggan rides. In the surrounding area, you will find altogether 4 ice rinks and in the sports centre of Gstaad there are various possibilities - starting with the indoor pool with sauna area to tennis courts and curling lanes.

Every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 - 16:00 there is free folkloric entertainment on Rinderberg, and regular events such as e.g. full moon tobogganing make sure there is lots of fun to be had apart from skiing. If you're looking for extra fun, make sure you do not miss the snowbike festival (19/01 - 21/01/2017).

Snowpark: Snowpark Gstaad, Snowpark Glacier 3000, Highland Park Saanen

In the ski area Gstaad Mountain Rides "fun sports" is the big thing" Besides a number of freeride slopes there is also loads to do for the freestylers here - in 3 different snow parks!

In Saanermörser, the largest part of the ski region, the "Snowpark Gstaad" is only waiting to be explored, offering 3 different areas on the Hornberg. No matter if beginner or pro - various set-ups enable all freestylers to try themselves here. There is a beginner, medium and advances line for all skill levels, equipped with jumps and boxes to get you fly high. Great fun can be found on the jib line, which offers 9 different jumps, tubes, rails and boxes, leaving enough room for creativity.

In the "Snowpark Glacier 3000" there is the "Big Mama" waiting for you, an XL ramp! The park is divided into 4 lines: S, M, L and XL. Obstacles and kickers over various boxes, right up to rails for all levels of skills ensure that no boredom comes up.

In the "Highland Park" in La Braye/Château-d Oex you will find some kickers, rails and boxes to burn off steam. Finally the freestyle offer is rounded off by skicross run at the Rinderberg - presenting a real Stargate.
