Davos-KlostersIn Switzerland's north-east, in the Prättigau, two popular winter sports resorts, well-known also beyond the borders, are to be found. Located in a narrow valley, both resorts are surrounded by 3,000 m high mountains. Not only an international ambience awaits you here, but also long traditions. Klosters lays in the canton of Graubünden at an altitude of 1,1180 m and is a direct neighbour of the lively town Davos. Contrary to the liveliness of the town, the village Klosters offers cosy, romantic character. The traditional mountain village, with it's quaint wooden huts, emits a cosy feeling and is the ideal holiday region for relaxation seekers. It is not for nothing that also famous guests, such a Prince Charles, like to return to this holiday resort. From Klosters you have direct access to guaranteed winter sports fun. The Gotschna lift takes you right up into the Parsenn ski area or to the Weissfluhjoch with many popular ski pistes.
