At a glance
Location and facilities
The perfectly located Résidence Sépia is located only a few metres from the pistes, and directly at the Les Prodains lift. If snow conditions allow, you can ski all the way to the accommodation. Shops, restaurants and bars are located at a distance of approx. 300 m. "Aquapark Aquariaz" water park is located near the accommodation.The cosy accommodation offers a reception with internet access (payable locally). Parking spaces can be found at the entrance of the resort, for a fee (reservation recommended).
Furnishing and Board
The friendly-furnished rooms all have living/sleeping area and TV, separate bedrooms, bath or shower/wc and Wi-Fi (limited speed). The fully equipped kitchenette has a hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee machine.Self-catering. If requested, a daily bread roll service can be booked in resort (for a fee).

Important notes
- Avoriaz is entirely car-free. Public parking spaces and a parking garage at the entrance to the resort are available for a fee. For the garage an online reservation is advisable under www.avoriazparkings.com. Further information can be gathered from the company SEPA under 0033 (0)4 50 74 07 76. A transport service is available around the clock daily for the ride to your accommodation (possibly for a fee, more info: +33 (0)4 50 74 01 55).
- Children under 5 years and seniors from 75 years receive a free lift pass in resort (more details at the lift office).

- Deposit: €200-€500 per apartment (depending on the type)

Reductions

Generally speaking, babies younger than 24 months of age upon arrival can travel for free, but they must be listed on the booking. Please note that fees for the stay may be charged locally (see Costs/Local Services).
