Pfunds

Pfunds is locates at 970 m altitude and inmidst od 5 internationally known ski centres. Lovely old buildings, e.g. the bridge over the Inn with it's tower or the old silver mines, add to the picturesque idyll. Being so close to the border triangle (Austria/Italy/Switzerland), the resort eminates a very special flair. Pfunds offers a very sophisticated tourist infrastructure with many possibilities of leisure time activities. Therefore you can relax in the Kneipp baths on the Via Claudia or visit the winter sports park with it's natural ice rink and curling area. After having fun on the flood-lit natural toboggan run, the huts invite you in for mulled wine or Jagertee.

Upper Inn Valley

The Upper Inn Valley spreads from the boarder of the Swiss Engadin to a few kilometres west of Tyrol's capital Innsbruck. The valley is narrow in many areas and is characterised by impressive gorges as well as by the surrounding 3000 metre high peaks of the Lechtal Alps in the North, and the Samnaun mountains and the Ötztal Alps in the South. Numerous leisure time offers such as winter hikes, toboggan runs, pool complexes, ice skating and paragliding as well as the typically Tyrolean après ski make Upper In Valley the perfect place to spend your winter holidays!
