Ski area Engelberg-Titlis

Through the connections of the ski areas Titlis-Trübsee-Jochpass, Brunni and Fürenalp, you will have access to altitudes from 1,000 to 3,020 m and a total of 82 kilometres of piste with your “Engelberg-Titlis” lift pass. In resort there is a free ski bus connecting both ski areas. The 26 lifts, among them the Rotair cable car (the first cable car with a rotating gondola), allow for problem-free entry into a winter sports paradise.

At the foot of the Titlis (the only glacier of this region) a diverse selection of slopes ensures skiers to experience an unforgettable day on the pistes, rounded off with impressive views all around.

Ideal conditions for families can be found in the Brunni ski area, which attracts with its children’s ski school terrain and easy to intermediate runs. The longest piste, the Titlis-Engelgerg, awaits you with its 12 kilometres and an altitude difference of 2,000 m. Experts will find a challenge on the Schonegg-Engelberg run or on the Titlis-Stand piste,with a length of 2 km and an altitude difference of 584 m.

Free-riders will find plenty of possibilities here, with various possibilities such as the “Laub” with its 45° inclined starting slope. According to the motto "Safety first", the "Snow & Safety Days" with information about safe freeriding are offered on a regular basis.

Snowboarders will also get their money's worth here. They have the possibility to choose from the free-ride options in Engelberg, the Jochstock Xpress at the valley station, and the obstacle park on the Jochpass. It's all guaranteed make snowboarders' hearts beat a little faster.

Night skiing Engelberg

Thanks to a small but nice night ski area you can extend your skiing fun in Engelberg-Titlis until the evening. Skiing by night is a highlight also from an ecological point of view, as the pistes are illuminated by the first LED floodlight system in Switzerland, which saves energy and is especially bright. Night-time skiing takes place every Friday and Saturday from 18:00 - 21:00 on the night ski piste at Klostermatte in the lower area of Brunni-Alm. The slope is at the edge of Engelberg and can be accessed by a tow lift. During the extended opening hours, the family-restaurant OX at the valley station serves warm food during the "Burger night" until 21:30. The Engelberg ski schools even offer private lessons for night skiing to those who are interested.

Owners of several-day lift passes, season- or yearly lift passes can go night skiing for free. Without a lift pass, evening tickets can be bought in resort.

Après ski Engelberg

Après ski fans are in just the right place here in Engelberg. Every winter the best après ski parties are held in this Swiss city. From 15:00 onwards, "Chalet" DJs and other live acts will provide entertainment and a party mood at the Titlis gondola’s valley station. Later on you should check out the great party atmosphere in the Yucatan, which is among the most popular apres ski bars in town.

Romantic evenings can be spent in the ''Brunnihütte'' with fondue on the sunny side of Engelberg. For those who would like to enjoy their apres ski time in a more quiet atmosphere, there is the picturesque landscape which can be enjoyed on a snow-shoe hike, alternatively you can use one of the two toboggan runs.

Sports lovers will find a diverse programme here in Engelberg which offers everything from ice skating to curling to even tandem paragliding flights.

The snowXpark Engelberg on 1,800 m is a very special experience: the e-Snowmobile takes you on a round parcours which guarantees fun for the hole family!

Snowpark: Untertrübsee Engelberg

One of the largest ski areas is located in central Switzerland and is called Engelberg-Titlis. This is not only known as a lovely winter sports resort, but it is also highly popular with all ambitious skiers and snowboards who like some challenge. Especially the more advanced skiers can enjoy an unforgettable time here!

Apart from its excellent reputation for freeriders, Engelbert has a snowpark in Untertrübsee that is perfectly suited for beginners. The small snowpark offers an Easy Line with kickers, rails, boxes and a wavy track. Those who call themselves a professional freestyler can let off steam at the Air2Bag: the 15x15m jumping cushion can be found at the Jochstock valley run.

So as to maintain the park's high security standards, every freestyler has to register with the piste service at the SOS Jochpass before the jump. If something should happen, then they can be sure of efficient and quick response and reliable treatment. If you are looking for sky-high jumps with a safe landing, you are absolutely right here!
