Location and facilities
The cosy Residence Alaska holiday complex lies approx. 100 m away from the resort centre of Folgaria. The ski bus stops about 100 m away from the accommodation and takes you comfortably to the approx. 1.7 km distant Folgaria-Lavarone ski area.The accommodation is furnished with a reception, Wi-Fi (in public areas), lift, TV room, table tennis, indoor pool and sauna as well as a ski room. Childcare for children between the ages of 4 and 10 is also offered (as per info in resort). Free parking spaces can also be found and used where available.
Furnishing/Board
The cosy apartments are composed of a living/sleeping area with satellite TV and telephone as well as a pull-out couch or fold-away bed, separate bedroom(s), bathtub or shower/WC, a kitchenette with microwave, a washing machine (for a fee) and sometimes a balcony. Self-catering.Pets

Important notes
- Children born after 30/11/2011 will not receive a lift pass voucher. Instead, per purchased adult lift pass, one travelling child in this age range will receive a free lift pass in resort (ID required). Should there be more children on the booking than adults, further child lift passes have to be purchased locally. More information at the lift office.
- Should the kitchen not be clean upon departure, €30 will be withheld from the deposit.
