Ski area Skilifte Hochschwarzwald

The "Hochschwarzwald Card" grants you access to 12 diverse ski lifts that are split up over the areas of Schwärzenbach, Schluchsee-Fischbach, Waldau, Lenzkirch-Saig, Breitnau, Eisenbach and Hinterzarten, offering a total of approx. 10.5 km of piste.

The individual lifts provide for a perfect ski holiday, especially for families with children who are making their first attempts on skis. The ski lifts, which usually consist of the platter and tow variants, are child's play to use, and the clearly laid out pistes help parents keep track of their snow bunnies. Beginners and children can make use of the local ski schools if necessary, which also have a special baby lift with a magical fairytale piste, such as at the "Schneeberglift Waldau".

The Thoma Ski Centre in Hinterzarten offers both beginners and advanced skiers three tow lifts, five runs and thus a total length of 4 kilometres of pistes of varying degrees of difficulty.

The Feldberg (1,493 m), the highest mountain in the Black Forest, attracts a large number of skiers every year with its high altitude and around 4 km of snow-covered pistes. However, the use of the 38 lifts and 63 kilometres of pistes in the Feldberg lift network is not included in the Hochschwarzwald Card.
