Show on map The modern, 4-star Hotel Sonnenschein lays in midst of picturesque Wildschönaus, approx. 800 m from the resort centre of Niederau and about 700 m from the Markbachjoch lift. The next ski bus stop can be reached after about 400 m. Access to the next cross-country trail can be found approx. 300 m away, and winter hiking trails can be found just in front of the building.

The family-run hotel is composed of both a main and newly built side building (connected to each other) and their facilities include a lobby with reception and open fireplace, lift, Wi-Fi, restaurant, a cosy bar, children's playroom, and a ski room with boot dryers. Free parking spaces can be found at the accommodation (subject to availability).

The spa area with indoor pool incl. counter-current system, sauna, steam bath and relaxation room can be used for free. The hotel's own fitness room can also be used for free. For a fee, you can have access to the solarium, hot tub, and various massages.

You can get the WildschönauCard on site, with which you benefit from numerous reductions (information subject to change, see info on site).

Rooms

The friendly furnished rooms all have a bath or shower/wc, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, radio, safe, hair drier, and refrigerator, and some come with a balcony. Allocation can take place in either the main or side building depending on the type of room booked.

Board

The already included half board is comprised of a rich breakfast buffet with cold and warm dishes, as well as a 4-course meal of your choice incl. salad buffet in the evening. The little ones also have access to a children's menu. On Christmas and New Year's Eve, the special, festive menus area also included.
