Location and facilities
The family-run, 3-star Pension Stecher is located in the centre of Oetz and only approx. 300 m from the Acherkogel lift. The free ski bus stop is in approx. 100 m and takes you to Sölden or Kühtai (schedule in resort).The general facilities of the 2015 renovated accommodation include a reception with sitting facilities and safe, lift, Wi-Fi, lounge area, breakfast room, restaurant, hotel bar, "Cheers" bar, ski room and free parking spaces (upon availability).
The sauna is available to use for free on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays with advance registration.
The "Happy Family Weeks" will take place from 16/12 - 23/12/2023, 13/01 - 27/01/2024 and 09/03 - 16/03/2024 (offer from the Ötztal Tourism Agency). For stays from at least 7 nights, children ages 4 and up will receive a free 5-day ski course and all small children between 2 - 4 years will receive free childcare service for 5 days (children must be toilet trained/nappy-free, only with valid lift pass, midday childcare for a fee, registration in resort, registration at all ski schools of the "Widi's Kids Club"). All details of the services are subject to change and the exact conditions must be requested from the TVB on site. Only valid if the entire holiday period falls within the promotional period.

- The Happy Family Weeks are valid for children born 2018 or younger (ID only) at all Widi's Kids Club ski schools (subject to change).
- No lift pass voucher is issued for children up to and including 7 years of age. Accompanied by a parent, children from 6 to 7 years inclusive receive a free Snow-Kids-Card. The children's rate applies for children travelling alone (e.g. in a ski course). Children under 6 receive a free Snow Kids Card. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
