Ski vacations Kühtai - a dream for all who aim high!

Kühtai

In midst of the beautiful Tyrolean mountain landscape lays the sun-drenched allround ski area Kühtai. Austria's highest located winter sports resort is located at 2,020 m and is only approx. 30 km from Innsbruck. Thanks to the altitude you can expect perfect snow conditions from December until the beginning of May and if the snow line goes low enough you can also ski down to accommodation or even start your skiing day directly in front of the door. The discovery of this resort as a ski station actually occurred more than 100 years ago. Today the resort presents itself as cosy village with hotel and apartment houses, and diverse offer of apres ski facilities.

Sellraintal

Not far from a major urban area, yet still a long way from mass tourism lays the Sellraintal. Due to it's original charm it almost appears like a nature park. and therefore it is an ideal destination in both summer and winter. In winter there is great ski area to be explored up to 2,500 m altitude, and further ski touring areas, cross-country tracks, snowshoe trails and ice climbing facilities. Perfect for learning about the beautiful, untouched winter landscape! Even though the village has maintained it's original character and does not suffer under the massive invasion of tourists, it nevertheless an entertaining place to go - and even apres ski does not fall short here!"
