Location and facilities
The family-run accommodation Resi & Obermoser is located approx. 1.3 km from the resort centre of Kössen and approx. 400 m below the Unterberg lift. In good snow conditions you have access to the cross-country trail within approx. 30 m. The accommodation is furnished in Tyrolean style and comprises the main building Haus Resi and the side building Obermooser which lie opposite each other and are separated by the access road to the mountain railway. Facilities include a breakfast room, common room, Wi-Fi (incl., in public areas) as well as a ski cellar with ski boots drier. The infrared cabin and fitness room in Haus Resi can be used for free. Free-of-charge parking spaces are also available, a parking garage can be used if paid for locally.Furnishing
The cosy rooms are located in the main building Haus Resi and are designed with great attention to detail. They offer a shower/wc, hair drier, cable TV, Wi-Fi as well as a balcony. The apartments are situated in the side building Obermooser and offer a combined kitchen/living room with corner seat, oven, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster, two separate bedrooms, shower and separate wc, cable TV, Wi-Fi, hair drier as well as balcony or terrace.Board
When booking a double room/addl., a rich breakfast buffet mit bread rolls, cold cuts, cheese, various spreads, eggs, yoghurt, fruit etc. is included. The apartments are self-cartered, bread-roll service can be booked in resort (for a surcharge).Pets
