The exclusive 5-star A-Rosa Kitzbühel is located on the sunny side of the "Gamsstadt" Kitzbühel with a fantastic view of the Tyrolean mountain world. The town centre and the Hahnenkamm lift are approx. 2 km away. The ski bus stops approx. 300 m away from the accommodation. The guest house offers a reception, lobby, restaurant as well as a 2 a-la-carte restaurant, bar with fireplace lounge and wifi (incl.), hair dresser, A-ROSA- as well as a ski and golf shop. Further, the modern hotel offers a spa area with indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool, saunas and relaxation room (incl.). Also, there is a fitness studio (incl.) with a big area for fitness equipment as well as an aerobic room, in which many courses take place, e.g. pilates, yoga, spinning, stomach-legs-bottom, spine gymnastic, etc. (opening times see notice board in resort). Spa packages can be booked if paid locally. The Rosinis Children's club is offered for children from the age of 3 (09:30 - 18:00 in the peak season). Underground car parks are available for a fee.

Furnishing/Board
The bright and warmly coloured rooms all have a bath or a shower and some with separate wc, cable TV, telephone, internet access (incl.), mini bar (for a fee), safe (incl.), cosmetic mirror, bathrobe hire, hair dryer and some with balcony or terrace. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant "STREIF" is included in the travel costs as well as a bottle of water (0.75 l) in the room, upon arrival.

The well-kept Apartment Kolpinghaus is located in the centre of Kitzbühel, not far from the historic centre of the city and the pedestrian area. The ski bus stop is approx. 100 m away and the lift station is approx. 400 m away. Free parking spaces are based on availability, but can be found in a proximity of approx. 500 m.

Furnishing/Board
The cosy studios and apartments offer a living/sleeping area, some with separate bedrooms as well as a kitchenette with hob, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. Further, they all have a shower/wc, cable TV, radio as well as a balcony. Self catering.

The family-run Gasthof Hechenmoos lays directly at the foot of the 7 km long Giggling piste in the middle of the ski area and approx. 6 km from the famous ski resort Kitzbühel, at an altitude of approx. 850 m above sea level. Ski-in to the accommodation is possible, provided the snow conditions are sufficient. The free ski bus stops directly at the accommodation and takes you easily to nearest ski area access point. Cross-country skiers can also get a good start into the trail network from the house. The cosy Gasthof offers a small reception with wifi (incl. only in reception area), a cosy parlour with tiled stove, lounge for smokers, a spacious restaurant (noon-smoking) with open fire place, bar and teeny and children's playroom with table tennis and darts. Ski equipment can be easily and securely stowed away in the ski room with heated ski boot room, and little ones will be thrilled to meet the house-own donkey. Further there is free use of the sauna and steam bath, daily between 16:00 and 19:00. On request the sauna can also be used (payable locally). Free parking spaces are to be found at the accommodation.

The included half-board comprises a welcome drink on the day of arrival (1 hot drink for children and 1 mulled wine or punch for adults), a rich breakfast buffet with organic food corner, a 4-course evening meal with choice and and soup, salad buffet, 2 main dishes to choose from and dessert, as well as a weekly themed buffet (farmer's buffet or Italian buffet).

The spacious and comfortable furnished 3 -Star hotel Aurach is located at the edge of Aurach, approx. 3 km away from the globally known ski area Kitzbühel. The ski bus that stops approx. 300 m away takes you into the neighbouring resort and unique ski area Kitzbühel. The nice hotel offers an inviting entrance area with reception and free wifi, lift, a common room and a TV room with a Darts board, Billiard and table tennis. Furthermore, the hotel has a restaurant with a hotel bar, a cosy lounge with a fire place and a TV, a sauna (opened from Sunday - Monday), a solarium (payable locally) as well as a ski room with ski boot dryers. Parking spaces are also available.

The family-run 3-star Hotel Bruggerhof is located at the edge of Kitzbühel in immediate proximity to the lake Schwarzsee. To the center of Kitzbühel and the lifts is only about 2 km. The ski bus stops directly in front of the building and access to the cross-country trails is only approx. 50 m away. The holiday residence is made up of four buildings in a 30 m vicinity and includes a lobby with reception, dining room, restaurant, bar, parlour, and ski room. Free use of wifi is possible in the reception area. The spa area is offers an indoor pool and children's pool, jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, sanarium, and relaxation zone with loungers. In the newly build fitness and spa oasis, which is connected to the hotel by an underground passage there is additionally a jacuzzi, saline grotto, spa experience showers, laconium, tepidarium, solarium, and fitness center with cardio machines and a vitamin bar with power-drinks. The spa area can be used free of charge daily from 10:00 to 22:00. Massages and beauty treatments are available for a fee. Free parking is available.
