Après ski Pertisau

The region around the lake Achensee sets itself apart from the other après ski strongholds with peace and quiet as well as beautiful natural surroundings. A typical Tyrolean evening can be enjoyed, complete with exquisite food and drink to draw a successful day of skiing cosily and delightfully to a close. For those who can't deny the urge to stay out a little later, there are a few little bars and ski huts in Pertisau and in the surrounding resorts.

For the more active types, there are numerous, diverse winter hiking trails around the Achensee and its resorts. The ski areas at the Achensee offer even more toboggan runs, which can also be used at night.

You also have the opportunity to learn new trendy types of sports, e.g. snow kite. The first licensed snow kite school was established in Achenkirch in 2010. With assistance of the wind and a big stunt kite on the skis or snowboard you can learn how to glide through the winter wonderland over the snowy grass or runs.
